On May 21, 1928, Miha Baloh was born in Jesenice, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes to Lovro and Minka Baloh. He was a Slovene actor best acknowledged for his roles in Stronghold of Toughs (1967), Les évasions célèbres (1972), and Operation Titian (1963).
After the Second World War, he rose to prominence by performing in regional theater performances.
